The President of the University of Karbala, Professor Sabah Wajid Ali, conducted a field visit to the College of Medicine, accompanied by the Dean, Professor Khalid Khalil Al-Araji, and the Vice Deans, Assistant Professor Muhannad Yahya Al-Mahna Al-Maawi (Scientific) and Assistant Professor Masar Riyadh Al-Mousawi (Administrative). This visit was part of the ongoing monitoring of the educational process and institutional development.
During the visit, the University President reviewed the latest developments in academic progress and scientific activities, as well as the current state of fieldwork and strategic plans aimed at developing the college and its departments in accordance with modern academic standards.
He emphasized the importance of enhancing the educational environment and raising the scientific and research standards, praising the efforts made by the college’s administration and faculty in supporting medical education and achieving integration between theoretical and practical aspects.
For his part, the Dean of the College reviewed the most significant achievements and challenges facing academic work, affirming the college’s commitment to continuous development and improving the quality of education to serve the institution’s graduates and meet the needs of society.
