Attendance and absence
The student is entitled to a certain absentee rate according to the applicable exam instructions which states: The student is considered to be a student in any subject if his absence exceeded 10% of the hours prescribed for that article without a legitimate excuse or 15% of the hours prescribed by a legitimate excuse approved by the College Council.

Alarm and dismissal from the university
A student shall be punished by a term of 30 (30) days if he commits any of the following offenses:

First: It is indeed necessary to punish the warning with the punishment already punished.
Second: Exceeded by saying one of the university employees who are not members of the faculty.
Thirdly: he defamed a member of the teaching staff, which harms him inside or outside the college or the institute.
Fourth: Putting posters on campus that disturb public order and ethics.
The student shall be punished by temporary dismissal from the University for a period not exceeding one academic year if he commits any of the following offenses:
First: Repeating the commission of one of the acts stipulated in Article (4) of these instructions.
Second: March or incite sectarian or ethnic blocs or political or partisan gatherings on campus.
Thirdly, he assaulted a member of the university who is not a faculty member.
Fourth: Use violence against fellow students.
Fifth: The threat of armed violence.
Sixth: Carrying all kinds of weapons on leave or without leave on campus.
Seventhly: intentionally or grossly causing damage to the property of the university, faculty, college or institute.
Eighth: His abuse of national unity or religious beliefs.
Ninth: Passed by saying one of the faculty members within the college or the Institute or outside.
Tenth: Harming the reputation of the university or body by word or deed.
Eleventh: deliberate violation of the good conduct of the study.
Twelfth: proved to be a fraud and fraud on fellow students and employees of the college or institute.
The student shall be punished by the final dismissal from the college or the institute and by a decision of the university or the body and shall record his registration if he commits one of the following offenses:
First: Repeating one of the violations stipulated in Article (5) of these instructions.
Second: he is already assaulting a member of the teaching staff or lecturers at the university, faculty, college or institute.
Thirdly: It is a disgraceful act and contrary to morality and public morals.
Fourth: Submit any false documents, books or documents knowing that they are forged or that they are instigators of forgery.
Fifth: Proving that he committed an act that violates the security and tranquility inside the campus or its participation or assistance.
Sixth: When he is convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, his sentence will be more than one year.
The Dean of the College or the Institute shall be the Student Discipline Committee headed by the Associate Dean and the membership of two faculty members provided that one of the members of the Committee is a legal representative of the Student Union. Disciplinary punishment may not be imposed unless recommended by the Disciplinary Committee. The disciplinary sanctions stipulated in these instructions shall be imposed by a decision of the College Council or the Institute and the Council may delegate its powers to the Dean of the College or Institute.
