The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, chaired a meeting of the ministerial team on the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and urged to strengthen preventive follow-up and a complete transition to automating procedures in all departments of the ministry.

During the meeting held at the legal department, he stressed that the academic awareness climates in educational institutions contribute positively to identifying risks and diagnosing phenomena with direct and indirect impact on the phenomenon of corruption, which necessitates the development of the necessary protective barriers to prevent its indicators and repercussions.

He praised the work of the ministerial team to implement the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and fulfill the requirements in coordination with the federal integrity commission, pointing out that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is working on the priorities of the government program, which is at the forefront of the anti-corruption track.
