Minister of education: we are continuing to develop the admission policy at universities and move towards decentralization

The minister of Education chaired a meeting of the applicant cadre to discuss the development of the admission policy at universities and the orientation towards decentralization.

During the meeting, he stressed that the ministry is continuing to develop the required path to update the admission policy in accordance with a scientific and procedural vision that ensures flexible powers for universities in dealing with the admission file and enabling students to academic specialties in colleges and departments.

The meeting reviewed the implementation stations of the Bologna Process in the faculties of engineering and science and the evaluation and follow-up of quality indicators in these disciplines, pointing out at the same time the importance of coordination and continuous cooperation with UNESCO to provide the necessary climate for scientific and academic evaluation.

The meeting discussed the Graduate Studies plan for the academic year, updating the curricula and international accreditation of medical colleges, stressing that there is no choice but to succeed in 2024, which will be the year of achievements and achieving excellence in the higher education environment.
