The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, honored a number of pioneers, experts and specialists in the field of law on the occasion of the Iraqi legislation day.
This came during the ceremony organized by the legal department, which was held at the Faculty of law at Al-Nahrain University, where he stressed that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is working with all determination to achieve what is required for Responsible dealing with laws and their specialties, embodying the culture of legal specialties and reaching the maximum extent of application in all vital and strategic areas of state institutions and developing successful scientific indicators to link outputs to the public and private sector and meet the need of the community of human rights specialists.
He pointed to the inclusion of law specialties in the central evaluation examination administered and supervised by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research and the initiation of the law faculties and their departments within the specialties covered by the application of the Bologna Process in the coming years.
In his speech, the minister of Education called for more legislation that takes into account the supreme interest of the state and urged universities to activate the powers granted to them by law in order to improve the quality environment and overcome challenges.
