We are closely coordinating the funding and disbursement of salaries for all employees of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its universities. We reaffirm that the entitlements stipulated in the University Service Law are fixed, as they reflect the unique nature of the university environment, its functions, and the requirements for fulfilling its academic mission.
In this regard, faculty and staff at the Ministry’s headquarters and several of its affiliated departments have received official payment notifications for their full salaries without any deductions. The disbursement of salaries for all staff members across our institutions will be completed within the next few hours, in accordance with established financial procedures.
