The clinical branches of the College of Medicine, University of Karbala, conducted the OSCE exam (the graduation exam) for students of the sixth stage for the academic year 2020-2021, under the supervision of the heads of clinical branches and with the participation of professors and teachers of the branches.
The exam included several tests and the nature of the questions were focused and based on a scientific mechanism that puts the very important questions, then the most important, and then the least important according to the requirements of the human interest that require the graduation of qualified doctors in examining diseased cases, knowing the medical history, simulating patients and others such as the history and clinical examination.
The OSCII exams aim at developing the students’ professional and clinical ability, and preparing them early for clinical application in the hospital, as well as measuring the extent of their comprehension of the materials they learned during the year.
The College of Medicine was prepared to provide all the necessary supplies for the success of the exam process, especially following health protection methods for students and professors by wearing masks, gloves and sterilization material during the examination in the exam.
