The study aimed to
Evaluate the performance of SATB2 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
Evaluate the correlation between dye intensity and tumor grade and stage.
The study found that SATB2 staining was positive in 73.8% of cases and negative in 26.2%. The dye was grade 3 positive in 93.75% of cases, grade 2 positive in 90.9%, and grade 1 positive in 50%. The study also found a significant correlation (p-value less than 0.05) between dye intensity and tumor grade and stage.
