The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, received a gathering of citizens and listened to their requests and directed to complete them and provide possible solutions provided by the available administrative and legal mechanisms.
The minister of Education stressed the ministry’s keenness to overcome the procedural tracks in accordance with the legal contexts and adopt flexibility in dealing with various cases, pointing out at the same time to proceed with the completion of automation processes and the development of electronic systems for dealing with Citizens ‘ Affairs.
He explained that higher education and scientific research and its competent departments and departments, especially those concerned with citizens ‘ affairs, are exerting strenuous efforts in receiving applications and dealing with them with great responsibility in order to achieve the highest level of community service.
