We congratulate the Iraqi police on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of their establishment. We take this good opportunity to express our appreciation for the police officers, their departments, and institutions that undertake the mission of internal security, the enforcement of laws responsible for the lives of citizens, and the defense of our beloved homeland.
