The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has decided to update the regulations for the return of discontinued graduate students to their studies.
The regulations specify that the student eligible for this is one who has not previously benefited from returning to studies. It does not include those whose acceptance was canceled for providing false information regarding employment, those whose acceptance was canceled for not starting their studies, cases of cheating and forgery, dismissal due to disciplinary sanctions, academic theft, and those convicted of a felony or a dishonorable misdemeanor.
The regulations stipulate the formation of a committee in each university with diverse specializations to study the applications submitted by students whose relationship with their studies was terminated. Applications for return will be received for two months from the end of the second semester, and the return to graduate studies will be exclusively through the self-financed channel.
