The international students studying at the University of Anbar honored the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, in appreciation of his efforts in launching the Study in Iraq program and enhancing scientific and cultural exchange between Iraq and other countries.
The Minister emphasized that the ministry’s policy of internationalizing higher education has been realized for the second consecutive year by attracting and accepting more than three thousand international students in Iraqi universities.
He explained that this initiative provides international students with the opportunity to gain knowledge from the people of Mesopotamia and the universities of the land between the rivers. It also highlights the success of Iraqi institutions in aligning their academic programs with modern knowledge changes by creating opportunities for twinning with global universities in various programs and specializations.
For their part, the international students at the University of Anbar expressed their gratitude and thanks to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, for launching initiatives that contribute to improving the educational environment in Iraq and expanding opportunities for international education.
