Karbala University held a ceremony to honor the Ideal Employee of 2024, including faculty members and staff, attended by the university president, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Jassim Barak Al-Mamouri, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Mohammad, and several deans, faculty members, and staff.
In his speech on the occasion, the university president stated that the honor comes as part of Karbala University’s efforts to enhance a positive work environment and appreciate the outstanding efforts of its employees.
Wajid pointed out that the honor aims to create a spirit of competition and strive for excellence, to develop and flourish institutional work.
The university president emphasized the need to proceed and work as a team to achieve qualitative leaps in local and international rankings.
It is worth noting that the Ideal Employee Award aligns with the government’s vision and the directives of the Honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi.
