The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, honored the top graduates of the thirty-fifth batch at the University of Kufa.
In his speech, the Minister expressed the Ministry’s commitment to implementing everything that contributes to the advancement and development of university institutions’ performance and excellence. He reiterated the Ministry’s and its universities’, colleges’, institutes’, and centers’ dedication to their goals and mission in nurturing students, preparing generations, and providing a comprehensive university environment.
He continued that the graduation of the thirty-fifth batch at the University of Kufa at this time completes the achievements made in two years of the Iraqi government’s and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s tenure in securing the path of the Iraqi certificate, linking it to international accreditation and global contexts, achieving competitive ranks in university rankings, increasing the index of Iraqi scientific research in repositories, and reaping the benefits of the Study in Iraq program by attracting international students to Iraqi universities.
The graduation ceremony included a parade of graduates, a parade of the university council, a speech by the President of the University of Kufa, Dr. Alaa Naji Al-Mulla, a speech by the graduates, the awarding of degrees to the graduates, the university oath for students, and the medical oath for graduates of the medical group colleges.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, concluded the graduation ceremony by honoring the top graduates and urging them to make maximum efforts, utilize available resources and capabilities, and work on adapting tools, techniques, and research that enhance the capabilities of university institutions to understand and address current challenges and requirements.
