Professor Dr. Riyadh Dhioud Al-Zubaidi congratulated Dr. Khaled Al-Araji on the occasion of his assignment as Dean of the College and his bearing of trust. Dr. Al-Araji also thanked Al-Zubaidi for the tremendous efforts he made for the College of Medicine and placing it in the highest ranks among the classifications of medical colleges, for the University of Karbala, and for education in Iraq in general throughout his service to his college and to the city of Sayyid al-Shuhada, peace be upon him.
