The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and his Emirati counterpart, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, signed an executive program for cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research.
The bilateral agreement signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Republic of Iraq and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the United Arab Emirates for the years 2025 – 2026 – 2027 includes the contexts of support, documentation and cooperation between the two countries in the educational field and the exchange of experiences and expertise related to the fields of higher education and scientific research, including the exchange of information in academic fields and educational systems in the field of equivalence of university degrees and postgraduate studies for the purposes of mutual recognition of certificates according to the systems in force in both countries and the exchange of systems in force in the field of evaluating academic programs and institutional accreditation in the two countries and other various academic fields.
