The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided to update the controls for the return of suspended students to postgraduate studies.
The controls specified that the student covered by them is the one who did not previously benefit from returning to study, while it does not include those whose acceptance was canceled for providing incorrect information about the job, those whose acceptance was canceled for not starting studies, cases of cheating, forgery and dismissal due to disciplinary sanctions and academic theft, and those convicted of a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor.
The controls stipulated the formation of a committee in each university in various specializations to study the applications submitted to it by students whose relationship with study has ended, while return requests are received for a period of two months from the date of the end of the second semester, and the return to postgraduate studies is exclusively through the private expense channel.
