The Arab Board of Family Medicine thesis in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the College of Medicine at the University of Karbala discussed patient satisfaction with the services of the advisory clinics at Imam Hassan Al-Mujtaba Hospital (peace be upon him). The thesis submitted by the researcher (Noor Kazem Hussein Ali) included the medical and therapeutic services provided in the advisory clinics at Imam Hassan Al-Mujtaba Teaching Hospital (peace be upon him), which bore the title (Patient satisfaction with the services of the advisory clinics at Imam Hassan Al-Mujtaba Teaching Hospital (peace be upon him) in Karbala). The study aimed to evaluate the extent of patient satisfaction with the medical services provided in the hospital’s external consultations, and to identify the factors affecting them.
The study concluded that the satisfaction rate with the services provided was very good, exceeding 80%, and at the same time there were suggestions from the reviewers to develop the health reality.
