The College of Medicine at the University of Karbala organized a scientific and volunteer visit to the nursing home in the Holy Governorate of Karbala. The visiting delegation included professors and employees of the college.
This visit comes as part of many scientific and volunteer activities that the college was keen to adopt within the framework of community service and volunteer work, providing moral and humanitarian support, and providing some basic necessities and food supplies for the elderly residing in the home, in addition to enhancing ways of scientific and research cooperation in the future in areas related to elderly affairs.
While the Director of the House, Mr. Alaa Rahim Diwan Al-Jabri, expressed his thanks, gratitude and happiness for this visit as a service to this segment of society.
