The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, received the Dean of the Dutch IHE Delf Institute specialized in water sciences, Professor Adi Morris, and his accompanying delegation, and discussed the development of scientific and research cooperation.
During the meeting, the Minister of Education expressed the aspiration of Iraqi academic institutions to develop cooperation in water sciences and training fields to face challenges and promote joint scientific research.
The Minister of Education pointed to the importance of developing training programs and study opportunities for Iraqi students and researchers in relevant disciplines through specialized programs, pointing to the possibility of attracting international students in Iraqi universities within the Study in Iraq program.
For his part, the Dean of the IHE Delf Institute expressed their full readiness to cooperate with educational and academic institutions in Iraq and to conclude contexts of understanding that organize joint training, study and research fields.
