The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, chaired a meeting of the Council of Private Higher Education and discussed the path of specialized educational services.
At the beginning of the meeting, he emphasized on keeping up with the knowledge variables in the academic environment and embodying a qualitative response to the requirements of the approved educational policy, calling at the same time to exert maximum efforts to achieve the mission and objectives of government and private higher education institutions alike.
The Minister of Education urged universities and private colleges to scientific twinning and work in accordance with the requirements of the national strategy for education, which aims to improve the outputs of the educational process and meet the requirements of the labor market in line with the current and future needs of society and the national economy.
The Council discussed the items on the agenda related to teaching secondments, the assignment of university administrations, the calendar examination process, and the scientific research index.
