The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of a scholarship at Azerbaijan’s ADA University for non-employees.
The Department of Missions and Cultural Relations at the ministry explains that the scholarship is offered by the ADA University in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Alimardan Bey Topchubashov International) for postgraduate applicants and for a bachelor’s degree, if available.
