In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. “Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong).” True are the words of Allah, the Almighty.
We congratulate the Iraqi people and the Islamic nation on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, in which the hearts of the believers revolve around the mercy of Allah, and the sincere ascend to His forgiveness and pleasure, renewing a covenant of goodness, love, and righteousness.
