“The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, inaugurated the exhibition of scientific outputs of Iraqi universities in the presence of members of the Association of Arab Universities and the heads of the participating universities in the fifty-sixth session of the conference of the Association of Arab Universities held in the capital, Baghdad.
The Minister of Education and the Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, Amr Ezzat Salama, toured the exhibition’s pavilions, which included scientific innovations and patents presented by Iraqi universities, as well as scientific publications, authored works, and innovative technical devices and equipment.
During his tour of the exhibition, the Minister of Education emphasized the importance of developing the research environment in Iraqi universities and enhancing it through cooperation with Arab universities to produce joint scientific research and utilize it in meeting the requirements of the job market, especially in medical, engineering, and artificial intelligence specializations to keep pace with the scientific and technical progress occurring in the world.”
