Karbala University organizes a workshop on the criteria for nominating employees for the “National Job Day”award

The creativity investigation committee at Karbala university organized a workshop on the mechanisms of nominating employees with competence and creativity for the “National Job Day” award in its sixth season, in which Professor Dr. Laith Al-Qarawi, chairman of the creativity investigation committee at Karbala University, attended by members of the committee, assistants of deans of colleges and heads of scientific and administrative departments in various colleges and formations affiliated with the University.

The workshop came as part of the University’s readiness to nominate outstanding employees from its administrative and teaching cadres for the “National Job Day” award in its sixth season, as the axes of the workshop included familiarizing attendees with the mechanisms used to nominate an outstanding employee for the “National Job Day” award and the conditions to be met in it.

The “national job day” festival, which will be launched at the beginning of next March under the auspices of Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani, aims to reveal national job competencies in various Iraqi ministries and bodies, and the festival awards will be distributed to (10) categories of employees distinguished by their administrative, scientific, humanitarian, creative, heroic and other work, while the nominated employees will receive valuable material and moral Awards.
