Spanish classification (webometrics)
Karbala University has achieved the 17th place among more than a hundred Iraqi universities and colleges in the Webometrics ranking in its 2024 edition.
The ranking comes according to the indicators of virtual attendance of universities by their locations and measures the percentage of clarity (50%), transparency (10%) and the strength and excellence of research (40%). The current version has progressed in the ranking of Karbala University, where it ranked (17)locally.
The ranking of other Iraqi universities and colleges came according to the sequence indicated by the official website of the classification of the higher Center for scientific research in Spain.
