In cooperation with the integrity commission .. Minister of Education announces the launch of Professional higher diploma programs in specialties related to anti-corruption

The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, announced the launch of Professional higher diploma programs in anti-corruption related specialties in cooperation with the federal integrity commission.

This came during the joint ceremony held by the Iraqi anti-corruption Academy, where he explained that this path embodies institutional integration with the federal integrity commission and achieves its goals and enhances the areas of joint scientific work that diagnoses the phenomena and risks emanating from the environment of corruption and provides climates of mutual benefit between the two institutions that have a direct qualitative impact on the life of society.

He added that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is committed to implementing the academic institution’s commitments in the development of areas of joint scientific research, especially academic programs that would produce solutions and concepts responsible for fighting corruption and diagnosing its potential through the lens of scientific research and specialized studies of disclosures, treatments and approaches that contribute directly to enhancing the values of integrity and combating hotbeds of corruption in light of the requirements of the national integrity and anti-corruption strategy.

For his part, the head of the Department of integrity, judge Haider Hanoun, praised the support provided by the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, and his approval to launch Professional higher diploma programs in disciplines related to anti-corruption and his keenness to develop areas of partnership and institutional integration, while the director general of the Iraqi Academy for Combating Corruption, Dr. Mazhar Turki Abdul, reviewed the development and training programs and areas of cooperation with Iraqi universities.

The minister of higher education and scientific research conducted a tour of the corridors of the Iraqi anti-corruption Academy and reviewed its training environment, while he visited the Department of education and public relations at the integrity commission and stressed that the educational institution is looking forward to strengthening this partnership, which would enhance the chances of success and achieve ambition in building the nation and protecting the future of its children from the scourge of corruption and its serious risks.
