The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, sponsored the signing of an executive agreement with the World Food Program of the United Nations to cooperate in the fields of training and developing the skills of graduates.
The agreement provides for the implementation of a special program for the development of English language skills, digital skills, technology and entrepreneurship in cooperation with the rehabilitation, employment and continuing education centers at the Universities of Mosul, Basra, technological, Anbar, Dhi Qar and Maysan to contribute to the development and enhancement of graduates ‘ abilities and provide climates for knowledge exchange and the development and reinforcement of skills and expertise.
The minister of education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, expressed his hope for further cooperation and coordination within the josoor initiative, which aims to establish joint programs to develop and respond to the requirements of sustainable development, while the representative of the World Food Program, Mr. Alireza Qureshi, pointed out that the executive agreement represents an important basis for cooperation and providing an appropriate environment for projects and programs that will enable university graduates to skills the labor market.
