The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, honored the dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Mohammed, on the occasion of registering an unprecedented competitive position in the Shanghai Ranking of subjects.
The minister of Education urged the importance of continuing to enhance the results of Iraqi educational institutions in international rankings, especially at the level of specialized programs that pave the way to international accreditation and reflect the quality requirements in the medical education environment, pointing out that Iraq and its universities, which have achieved the thirty-seventh place in the world, deserve to achieve more areas of academic excellence.
He praised the efforts of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad and its staff, which achieved the position (201-300) in the Shanghai global ranking of Academic Subjects for the year 2023 in the specialty (Dentistry & Oral Sciences).
