The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, opened the activities of the World Entrepreneurship Week at universities, which will last for the period November 13-19, 2023.
At the opening of a number of exhibitions at the faculties of Science and engineering at the University of Baghdad, which included patents and laboratory devices, he stressed that the Ministry of higher education and scientific research is working hard to enable universities to play effective and active roles in this area, intensify their qualitative efforts, increase scientific publishing, expand the circle of theses and theses related to responding to knowledge requirements, providing scientific treatments to the problems facing institutions and enhancing development opportunities that would contribute to providing sustainable solutions.
He added that the ministry and its universities, educational institutions, scientific and research centers have spared no effort in paying attention to the fields of entrepreneurship, stimulating innovation and promoting specialized study programs.
