The Ministry of higher education and scientific research announces the launch of the electronic application form to the government private education channel morning (parallel) in public universities for the academic year 2024/2023.
The application controls specified that the applicant’s average should not be less than three grades below the minimum for admission to the colleges of the medical group, four grades below the minimum for admission to the colleges of the engineering group, five grades below the minimum for admission to the colleges of Science, and six grades below the minimum for admission to the rest of the specialties.
While students who graduated from the previous academic year 2022/2021 and the current academic year 2023/2022 can apply to this channel, the Ministry confirms that the previous admission of the Student (Central, direct, evening, private) will be canceled if he starts studying within the parallel education channel and he does not have the right to return to his previous admission.
The Department of studies, planning and follow-up accepts that the application is electronic through its portal without the need to activate their exam numbers at public universities.
The application will continue until the official working hours end on Tuesday, corresponding to 2023/11/7.
In this context, the Ministry of higher education and scientific research has decided to exempt continuing students and new students at universities within the government private education channel from tuition fees for all academic levels by 50% for the academic year 2024/2023.
