In response to the requests and appeals received to the Ministry of higher education and scientific research from expatriate students and their parents, the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, directed to reopen the electronic form for the transfer of expatriate students from outside Iraq according to the morning (government and private) international private education channel for the academic year 2024/2023.
The Department of studies, planning and follow-up explains that the application will continue through its portal (click here) until the end of the official working hours from Sunday, 2023/10/8 and invites students to familiarize themselves with the transport controls and mechanisms installed in the application portal.
