The European Society for Dermatology and Psychiatry has granted Prof. Dr. Ali Tariq Abdul Hassan, a teacher at the College of Medicine, University of Karbala, a diploma, and he is the first Iraqi doctor to obtain a certificate accredited in Britain and Europe to practice this specialty, which enables a dermatologist to diagnose and treat psychological disorders associated with skin disease. such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis, and autism, in cooperation with a psychiatrist,
