Based on the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the requirements for obtaining graduation documents with grades and a mural certificate, please bring the following:
6 recent photos
- Two color copies of the passport
- A copy of the civil status ID or the unified card number 1
- Written request in our college
- Receipt from our college accounts
- Service continuity letter from (exclusively the Department of Health) + the undertaking to complete the medical apprenticeship period + a copy of the guarantee guarantee.
To obtain a graduation endorsement, please bring the following:
- 2 photos
- Receipt from our college accounts
- One copy of the Civil Status ID or the unified card
- Written request
- Service continuity letter from (Department of Health exclusively).
Important note: Dealing with the graduate is exclusively or with someone who has an official legal power of attorney on his behalf.
