The Minister of Education honors top medical college winners of the Creativity and Excellence Award, and the College of Medicine, University of Karbala, receives this honor

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored the first graduates from medical schools who achieved highly competitive ranks in the Creativity and Excellence Award exam. While the Minister of Education confirmed in his speech during the ceremony that was held at the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University his full support for medical schools and the medical education environment in Iraq and to continue to strengthen the infrastructure and enable it to respond to its goals, explaining that the celebration of honoring the first who took the exam for the Creativity and Excellence Award, which is held for the first time at the level The National Council carries indicators of positive interaction and continuous success, which resulted in the ambitious policy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Higher Research, its specialized programs and strategic goals with concurrent tracks, which start from classrooms and end to community service and sustainable development goals.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, blessed the first graduates who achieved positive results in the exam, which was conducted for the first time in Iraq. Ninety-eight graduates from medical schools participated in it and underwent the highest international standards in setting questions and testing.

In his turn, the Chairman of the Committee of Deans of Medical Faculties in Iraq, Dr. Anis Khalil Nayel, appreciated in his speech the follow-up and interest shown by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, to support the medical education environment in Iraq.

The ceremony was attended by the head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, the head of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations, the head of Al-Nahrain University, the deans of medical schools, and a group of students and teachers.
