For the second week, and within a series of educational and training lectures for the Pharmaceutical Branch, the second lecture was held, entitled Leadership, Authority and the difference between them, with the participation of a group of faculty and college staff.
The aim of its establishment is to identify the types of legitimate authority associated with administrative influence and its role in motivating employees in the fullest way.
The focus included activating the role of the employee as a role model, both from his place of positive encouragement and the importance of involving everyone as a single work team to complete the tasks entrusted to him and spreading a spirit of tolerance and cooperation to create a sound environment that enables the employee to be creative.
The lecturer in the medicine branch, who delivered the lecture, said, Dr. Narjis Gyad Abdul Zahra
“The adopted method is the principle of interaction and applied examples, which allows the attendees to actively participate and express their opinions regarding dealing with some of the behaviors that they may encounter in a professional manner.”
