The Registration Division at the College of Medicine, Karbala University, held a developmental course for the staff of the Registration Division, which lasted for three days from 18-19-20/12/2022 under the title (Duties of the Registration Division in the colleges of the medical group).
The course, which was attended by the official of the Registration Division, Eng. M. Alaa Khaled Ali and M.D. Haider Fawzi and the employee in the Registration Division, Murfad Muhammad Bakr (responsible for the students’ follow-up unit), the most important topics: introducing the registration units and the works that are managed in the division, such as receiving students and organizing the file for each student, and what are the requirements for the paper file of document documents for each student, and how to prepare the student document after Completion of studies in the college, as well as the subject of archiving files for each student electronically.
This course aimed at defining and developing the work in the division and explaining the correct work mechanism with the importance of organizing the student’s file with organizing the student’s document and stating the changes and requirements for the document and the electronic archiving system.
