“Leadership and Management at Work” A training course in the Karbala College of Medicine, Pharmaceutical Branch

The Pharmaceutical Branch held its first training course, and within its curriculum “Leadership and Management at Work”, weekly lectures lasting 6 weeks, with one lecture per week every Wednesday, which began on December 7. The first day focused on highlighting the concept of leadership and management and the difference between them, and how?

It is possible for the employee, regardless of his job titles, to activate his leadership role by being an effective and influential member among his peers.

The course focused on the need to deal professionally and professionally among the members of the same institution and the need to activate teamwork among individuals because of its positive impact on improving the administrative unit and the educational institution.

The training course dealt with how to diagnose and treat undesirable behavior in the work department in a manner that ensures the preservation of the employee’s psychological integrity.

While M.D. Narges Jiyad Abdel Zahra uses the interactive lecture method and applied examples, which gives the attendees an opportunity (teachers and administrators) to actively participate, express their opinions and clarify their vision regarding addressing some of the behaviors that they may encounter in a professional manner.
