Under the slogan don’t lose the ones you love, save them, a group of 17 college students from the third stage, who received training under the supervision of the Academy of Disaster and Emergency Medicine, initiated awareness workshops on first aid to students of other colleges such as the College of Engineering in its two sections: civil, mechanics and dentistry.
This came within the process of fusion and interaction within the university community for the role of the college in this field.
The team’s goal is to teach as much of the public as possible about first aid because of its importance in saving anyone in need.
The workshops include an initial theoretical explanation of the basic joints of first aid, followed by a practical application for all attendees in small groups.
These workshops witnessed intense attendance, which demanded their continuation and other trainings.
