Prof. Dr. Riyad Daihoud Al-Zubaidi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Karbala University, congratulated the teacher, Dr. Muzaffar Sami, on the occasion of his assumption of the position of Head of the Physiology Branch, wishing him continued success and success in his new position in order to advance Karbala medicine to the prestigious scientific levels.
The Dean also commended the efforts of the teacher, Dr. Muhannad Yahya Idris, the former head of the branch, for his keenness to manage the branch with dedication and honesty.
For his part, Dr. Muzaffar Sami expressed his happiness and thanks for this initiative, promising the Deanship to develop the branch and complete its scientific career in applying the rules and foundations of sober education.
