The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Karbala participated in the activities of the first international conference for health and medical specialties at Al-Zahra University under the slogan (Modern Scientific Technologies Our Approach to Progress and Progress). Al-Moussawi and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Mansour), and it was presented at the two-day scientific conference held on June 5-6, 2022, in which a large number of researchers from outside and inside Iraq participated.
The research of (Dr. Ali Al-Mousawi) dealt with an important comparison between two types of medical education, namely, integrative education and traditional education, which included 597 male and female students in the same college, as the transition to the integrative system began in 2013 and contributed to the presence of students studying in both ways at the Karbala College of Medicine The study, which used the internationally recognized student impression assessment questionnaire, showed that the students studying according to the new system were statistically significant.
While the study of (Dr. Ali Mansour) included 20 students to compare the study method, which relies on the project on the traditional system, which showed a clear superiority to the new method. It is worth noting that the latest study is being conducted at the Faculty of Medicine at Karbala University under the supervision of the Weimar International Foundation.
