In order to record the scientific progress of the various specialties in the College of Medicine / University of Karbala, the teacher, Dr. Hamid Abdel Hassan Al-Habali (a faculty member in the Internal Medicine branch of the College) obtained the title of a consultant doctor in the specialty of internal medicine from the Ministry of Health, and the award of the title came as an evaluation of the scientific and professional career of Dr. Hamid Al-Habali, and in appreciation of his efforts in practicing the specialty and the availability of the conditions required for granting medical titles.
It is worth noting that the title of consultant doctor is a title granted by the Ministry of Health to doctors who have the highest degree in the specialty, in addition to working in the institutions of the Ministry of Health and Community Service. and improving medical and treatment services.
