Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, accompanied by the Governor of Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi, visited the University of Karbala, and among those receiving his Excellency, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Riyad Daihoud Al-Zubaidi.
