The Department of Media and Public Relations at the Presidency of the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the Department of the Center for Continuing Education, organized a training course on how to write university news, photography and electronic publishing according to news templates prepared by the Ministry. The skills of the participants in the field of editing the news for the college’s page and electronic media, developing the editorial capabilities and making the news, in addition to developing the participants’ abilities in photography. Photography in which Mr. Arshad gives theoretical and practical topics and lectures on the methods of writing the news, its components and characteristics, the basic rules of journalistic drafting, the arts of photography, and the use of the camera to raise the levels of participants and develop their journalistic and media experiences.
