The President of Karbala University, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, conducted the ceremony for handing over the ministerial orders appointing five new deans for the Colleges of Medicine, Law, Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Applied Medical Sciences, and Agriculture.
The university president handed the new deans their university orders appointing them to their positions. Dr. Khalid Khalil Ibrahim Hussein was appointed as the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Ahmed Shaker Salman Makroud as the Dean of the College of Law, Dr. Habib Ali Taher Jawad as the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Dr. Hassan Faisal Naama Shalba as the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and Dr. Ali Abdul Hussein Kareem Majid as the Dean of the College of Agriculture.
During the ceremony, the university president expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of the previous deans for their dedicated service to their respective colleges and the university as a whole.
The ceremony was attended by the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Jassim Eidani Al-Mamouri, and the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Mohammad Imran.
