The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, honored the top graduates of the thirty-third session of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specialties.
In his speech during the graduation ceremony, he emphasized that this new batch of graduates from the Iraqi Council for Medical Specialties will be part of the achievements in the fields of Iraqi higher education, thanks to diligent work, dedication, and commitment to developing the medical education environment in Iraq and advancing it to new horizons.
He added that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has given the necessary attention to medical sciences and fields, ensuring the provision of success factors in its colleges within the environment of all Iraqi universities. He also called for organizing an international scientific conference for each new session after graduation to align with the Ministry’s decision to internationalize education, establish partnerships, and create spaces for communication and exchange of expertise between local educational sectors and the global academic community.
The official ceremony included a speech by the President of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specialties, a speech by the graduates, recommendations from the scientific councils, and the decision to grant the certificate. The ceremony concluded with the honoring of the top graduates by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, who expressed his confidence that the graduation of the thirty-third session of the Iraqi Council for Medical Specialties will provide new momentum towards investing in and stimulating scientific research, and supplying institutions with competencies equipped with advanced training, scientific, and practical skills that ensure continuous contribution and sustained determination to improve the level of scientific and educational services.
