The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application platform for opening academic files for employees studying abroad according to Law No. 20 of 2020 (Study While Employed or Assigned at Personal Expense).
The application process begins today, Thursday, December 5, 2024, by the employee filling out their information through the platform link (https://portal.scrd-gate.gov.iq).
