The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the availability of scholarships offered by the Russian Federation to the Republic of Iraq for the academic year 2025/2026.
The Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relations clarifies that the 260 scholarships cover various specializations distributed across bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees for both employees and non-employees. The deadline for application is Sunday, December 15, 2024.
