The College of Medicine at the University of Karbala held a scientific training workshop entitled “Basic Steps to Improve Teaching Methods and Student Education”
The workshop, which was lectured by Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Ridha Abu Tahin and lecturer Dr. Ahmed Hashem, aimed to develop participants and acquire basic skills to improve teaching methods according to modern scientific curricula.
The workshop included many diverse topics, including clarifying effective educational principles and methods in preparing and delivering lectures, managing learning in small groups, and how to optimally use educational design models to improve student learning, in addition to employing some effective educational tools
