Minister of higher education and scientific research Dr. Naim al-Aboudi received minister of digital development and transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Rashad Nabiyev and his accompanying delegation.
The two sides discussed the course of relations between the two countries at the level of scientific and academic cooperation and the development of areas of coordination in university disciplines that serve the two friendly peoples.
The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, expressed the readiness of the ministry and its university institutions to organize a joint protocol for the exchange of experiences, scholarships and scientific twinning, pointing out that the study in Iraq initiative provided an important climate for attracting international students to study at Iraqi universities.
For his part, the minister of digital development and transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Rashad Nabiyev, praised the proposals and positive solutions offered by the minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi in the fields of cooperation and joint coordination.
